I first saw this product on my Facebook news feed. I've been dealing with heartburn throughout the day, every day and my Rx didn't seem to help for long. I ordered from Amazon since it gets to you so fast. I started taking the small packs daily +3 weeks ago from this review. I noticed I have reduced the number of heartburn cover ups I'm taking as the weeks go by. I ordered a second box since I feel it's helping. I've also lost 4 pounds since starting since my food cravings decreased and I'm eating less and I'm fasting longer between my dinner and first meal. My heartburn started after gaining a dozen COVID pounds last year. The flavor was a little different than in thought but it has a nice sweetness that I don't mind. It's not too thick or runny. I'll probably do the automatic shipment since I have been constant in taking this every night before bed, which is not easy for me. But it's nice having less burning throughout the day and night compared to the last 6+ months before finding this product and I'm less bloated unless I eat the bad stuff. I would recommend ISO THRIVE I've read it does take some time to work, so it's not an instant fix but if you take it as directed hopefully you'll also see results as well.

I’ve been using this pretty regularly for years but recently I learned I wasn’t using it correctly! If you have reflux they suggest taking it right before bed. And guess what?! For whatever reason, it works WAY better when taken that way. My reflux is better than it’s been in a long time. I’m working on my health and gut in other ways but I noticed a shift when I started taking this before bed. It’s definitely expensive, so as my gut gets stronger and I can incorporate more fermented foods I’ll probably take it less often, but for now it’s helpful and I’m grateful.

The product itself is fine, but for some reason the box it came in has an odd smell like strong soap. Even the packets inside the box smell like this. Product is fine and I used it before but reluctant to even use this. Now I see it will no longer be available on Amazon.

These really seem to help my gut issues. I have to be honest, I have other health and gut issues that make it very difficult to know for sure what is doing what, but I can say that when I was taking this regularly (a few times a week) I had fewer instances of reflux and gastritis. I recently ran out and decided to hold off on ordering again because my diet is really healthy, my gut was in pretty good shape, and I eat a lot of fresh, fermented foods like raw sauerkraut, coconut kefir, and kombucha. However, a few weeks after stopping it I ended up with gastritis again. So, I ordered this again and am taking one packet a day and I do think it's helping heal my gut. I gave it 4 stars just because, again, I can't be 100% sure what is helping the most as I am doing several things at once.

Gave this stuff an honest try. Really did. A packet every night at bedtime. It does indeed taste good, not unpleasant at all. However, I have seen no positive results whatsoever. Ah well. Keep on searching for relief.

After a month I can substantially update this review. Originally got for acid reflux. Found effective after about a week. After 3 days noticed flat stomach from loss of intestinal bloating. THEN, after 2 weeks began to notice loss of fat around waist ! I don't recall any change in diet (which is always healthy) or exercise (which is daily). Many other reviews on the ISOThrive website confirm this: several said they wish they hadn't thrown away their favorite jeans cause now they could fit into them ! Well, I can say the same about old suits. That old circumference and weight seem particularly stubborn; so this prebiotic seems particularly effective. I take a packet just before bed, as recommended for acid. It tastes good and is easy to take. Amazing.

I've had issues with heartburn since 2019. Constant, low grade burning in my chest and throat along with tightness in my esophagus. Didn't matter what I ate (or didn't eat), it was constantly there. Omeprazole worked great, but I didn't want to have to take that stuff long term. So I tapered off and started searching for solutions. I've tried diets, DGL, HCL, magnesium, slippery elm, expensive supplements... nothing helped. Saw an ad for this and, desperate, decided to give it a try. Oh my gosh, it actually works. I could cry, it's such a relief. It wasn't instantaneous, I'd say it probably took a couple of weeks to see significant changes. The constant burning is gone, I haven't had any esophagus tightness, and any minor flare ups are easily dealt with with Tums (and I've only had a flare once after a few too many jalapeno slices in my salad). I'm at the end of the first box and I'm going to keep ordering these. So happy.
