Product is first class, Great for beginners and experts. The product is very easy to use and setup with a lot of much needed features. It comes with 'how to' manuals, instructions and all the accessories needed to accomplish hard pieces. The seller was fast and efficient. The delivery was extremely fast. The product, itself, is very light weight, well made and the color is superb, giving the machine character.

I have had Singer products for years as my mother did before me, so I was anxious to get this product. There is no manual and the one piece of paper guide was not very helpful. I had a terrible time getting this to work. The front loading bobbin was not a big problem as such, but that it constantly jams is. The machine is finicky, to say the least. I actually had to go to YouTube for information since the Singer site was not as helpful as I wanted it to be. I finally had to call the local Singer repair shop for help and they told me the side loading bobbin has some known issues. I am on the 5th bobbin which is finally working and the machine sews ok. But overall I am very disappointed with this purchase. The product was close to $200 and the minimum on repair is $100. Amazon only allows 30 days for a return. I wonder why. I'm adding on here about 1 month later. The machine seems to have worked out all its kinks-or I got better-and now works beautifully. No problem with any of the bobbins I am using and I have completed 5 projects without a hitch. I am totally converted to really liking this machine. It is what I expected from a Singer product.

Hey. I want to give feedback to singer sewing machine company... It is great that singer machines are electronic, perfect and beautiful design. But there is a little bit problem for those who lives in village or hilly area. There is so much problem of electricity. So I want to tell you that there is a handle in electronic machine. That handle move with hands like old or nonelectric machines. Which is adjustable. When we work with electricity the handle remove or when electricity not available than fix the handle and work is continue.............. 😊
