We love IROCKER and decided to get the seat attachment. It’s sturdy and you can adjust it to your comfortability. Highly recommend. Wish it had a bit more cushion on the seat but they do have a thick cushion (which we haven’t tried yet) no complaints here.

I use this almost every time I go out on my paddleboard. When the water is too rough, I sit down and use it like a kayak. It's also out of the way when standing as well. Great addition to my board and highly recommend for those that like to do both.

I got this to try to make a kayak more comfortable. The seats in both kayaks that I use on flat water are hard. One is a hard plastic and the Klepper has a bare wood seat, the inflatable cushions and backrest having developed leaks years ago. The Klepper has plenty of places on the internal wood frame to attach the nylon straps and clips but the roto-molded CD is thin on attachment points so I started on that one. On this seat, the foam padding is not quite as cushy or supportive as some gel seat pads but it does take the edge off. The back support is nice in that it gives support a bit higher up than the built-in backs on either boat. Since there were already seat backs in both boats, I didn't need to worry about strap support, as the cross braces of the seat back already were there. The upper straps were mainly used as additional attachment. The high foam back adds a bit more comfort than the built in. The CD kayak doesn't have places to snap the support straps, but they can be wrapped around the seat or wood frame (Klepper) to hold it in place and make sure it doesn't float off. The pack that's attached to this seat was more comfortable when removed although in the CD I could get it to rest on top of the CD seat back support to keep it attached. For a kayak, it's a bit clunky to attach as most of the straps aren't needed. and it will be different depending on the boat manufacturer, but it does take the hard edge off a long paddle and is worth figuring out. If it's only going to be used on a kayak, I would reduce the number of straps as you would only need a lower tie-in to keep it from floating away. 4-stars for kayak use.

I have a couple of rigid kayaks but sometimes getting them loaded and strapped to my car is just more work than I'm willing to do. My paddle boards, on the other hand ... I can throw them in the back seat and go. That's where this paddle board seat comes in handy. Materials and construction quality are excellent, and I'm really impressed that the connecting clips are made out of solid brass. They're far more durable than plastic, and if you spend any amount of time in salt water, almost any other metal would corrode quickly. Installation is quick and easy, but it's worth taking some extra time to get the back panel positioned just right for maximum support and comfort. Once you place your weight on the bottom pad, the seat feels solid and secure. If you enjoy paddle boarding but prefer to sit in rougher conditions, or you just want an option to standing on longer paddle trips, this seat is a great option. Recommended.

I ordered this for my kayak and it is a lot more comfortable than the one that came with it. Nice tall strong back with good padding and the bottom of the seat is padded. Strong brass swivel clips to attach to the kayak. Nice long adjustable straps so you can get whatever length you need. There is a nice size bag that clips on the back to carry whatever you need in it. All straps are sewn tight and the workmanship is great.

I am super impressed by the quality of this seat. It is bigger and a little heavier than I expected but it's really well made and designed. The padding is the right amount of squishy to be comfortable but not so soft that you sink in. The fasteners are made of a heavy metal so I'm not worried about them breaking mid excursion. When it described coming with a bag I thought it was a storage bag for the seat but it's a detachable zipper bag for behind the seat, which is nice for cell phones and Sunscreen to be easily accessible. Also, my inflatable SUP isn't iRocker brand and this still works perfectly with mine.

I have kayaks of the sit-in and sit-on-top variety, as well as a few paddle boards, and I use seats on all of them. While I have a few that I move around from one watercraft to another, I do also have a seat which I prefer which I use in my sit in kayaks. As it had been starting to wear, I got this seat as a replacement, and so far it has been fantastic. Pros: + Good firm padding and comfortable seat that works great for long rides. + Adjustable straps with easy to clip and unclip hooks on the ends. + Storage area on the back. + Good quality stitching throughout, it is holding up very well and looks like it will last a long time. + Folds nice and flat when not in use. + Can easily double as a SUP board seat if you have 4 D-rings on your board. Cons: - A bit on the upper end when it comes to price when compared to other seats with the same features and design. Overall, this is a great multi-purpose kayak/SUP board seat that is comfortable, easy to install, and has a very handy storage area on the back. Unfortunately, it does have a downside when it comes to the price, as many other seats just like this one cost quite a bit less.

My wife loves it. The seat is made of good materials, easy to install on her SUP and makes for a comfortable paddle day. The attached storage bag is great for snacks and water during the paddle and used to store straps, fins, etc when not in use.

This seat is a dream. I did have issues with the metal clasps sticking open once they got the water but a spray of oil slicked them up and no issues. Seat is super supportive and comfortable

The kayak seat is a nice addition to my inflatable paddleboard. The seat could use a bit more padding, but the back is very supportive and the storage bag is a great bonus.

Didin't try it on the board (still winter) but for what it looks like its really good quality will update this summer if it fits a highpi paddleboard
