Blazing Fast - Easy to Install Drivers
I have had a series of problems downloading large medical image files - typically about 1 gigabyte zip files with DICOM images using an 8930 Dell with Windows 11. After a recent Microsoft Windows upgrade - all downloads were failing. I have used up the PCEI X16 and one of the PCIE X1s with a 2 slot video card, and used up the PCIE X4 with a USB-C thunderbolt card. I needed to handle 500Mbps up and down symmetric in the remaining PCIE X1 slot. This card was one of the few PCIE X1's with this level of performance claimed. The drivers had a great interface and installed without difficulty. The result - I have my 2 slot video card, by USB-C card and - this card totally solved the download problems. Great product!!!

Good NIC for software router/firewall.
Works with Proxmox and OPNsense (FreeBSD). Easy to install and configure. My built-in NIC started giving me problems and I needed an excuse to get a two port NIC so I could use a software router. This NIC had exactly what I needed and was at the price I could afford.

Unable to use with virtualbox win10 guest and linux host
While this NIC does work for the most part, I was unable to pass RDP traffic from a virtualbox win10 guest and a linux host to other machines running rdesktop. The NIC was configured in bridge mode. There are reports that it works when using NAT but I did not attempt that and filed for an RMA. If you use virtualbox, consider this before purchase.

Works perfectly and regularly gets gigabit and over speeds.
I put this card in a used small form factor PC I bought online using the included SFF plate. I installed Proxmox onto the PC and created an Opnsense virtual machine to act as my home router. I needed this NIC to add extra ports for my WAN and LAN interfaces. I used PCIe passthrough to bind the NIC to the VM in Proxmox. Once I had Opnsense set up, I've been able to get gigabit or higher (~1.2Gbps) speeds both locally (using iperf3) and with speed tests over my fiber internet. I'm now getting faster speeds than the "traditional" gigabit router+wifi I was using before. Very happy with this card.

Works well with Linux and Windows 11- No Drivers Needed
So far it's working great on Linux Mint 22.1 and Windows 11. I was having problems with the on board Realtek chips on my new MB mainly with Linux so I switched to this Intel based card and no more problems. I didn't have to install any drivers in either OS. Plug it in, disable the onboard ones and reboot. Simple.

Failed after 2 hours
Card was installed in a Dell SFF PC for use with a PFSense installation. Comes up as an Intel card with "igb" interfaces. Physical install and software install was all fine. Card worked immediately with 1Gb performance and handled VLANs fine. After 2 hours one of the ports registered as "no carrier" and would flap between that and only coming up at 100Base-T. After an hour of troubleshooting the new card was the only variable remaining. Tried the other port on it and it started doing the same thing after 20 minutes. Replaced the card with a different make/model and all the problems went away.

Stable et format "court"
Très bien, parfaitement reconnu par ma machine proxmox et débit gigabit stable, même dans une vm opnsense. Gros avantage, la carte est relativement courte, et dans un SFF permet un montage facile voir un montage tout court
