Hi, How often do I need to change the coolant in my loop with this product?

Depends on how hard you run your system and how clean it is to start out. We recommend at least once a year under normal usage.

Hello. What is the product manufacture date on the bottle? This product only has a 2yr shelf life.

I'd assume it's different per bottle.. I doubt they sell in batches then restock.

The coolant was first clear looking but on the 3rd day, it looks cloudy. What happened? All components in the loop are brand new..

Probably a reaction to other components in the loop. make sure not to mix metals, one reason i make sure everything is full copper (not partially) especially for blocks and radiators.

Does this really come in a small res with g1/4 threaded holes?

No the reservoir picture is for color illustration only. It comes in a premixed 32oz bottle.
