I bought this product to help me sleep more soundly at night. After taking it for several days it seemed to work well. Just a word of warning: the second time I ordered this product, in Nov. 2024, I was sent a bottle that was more than a year out of date. It had a "best used before" date of 9/23 which is more than a year ago. Kind of reduces my level of trust in the manufacturer Jarrow and in Amazon. Had to call customer service to return it. Huge hassle.

I’ve been taking this along with one ashwaganda tablet and powdered magnesium called calm. And it has done wonders for my anxiety. I take the first two in the morning and then drink the calm drink throughout my day (2 teaspoons worth mixed into a large water bottle). It has truly helped prevent panic attacks. I hope it’s not placebo effect but I truly don’t think so. In a situation that would normally trigger an attack, I’m now never getting to that next gear. I’m able to stay more calm.Also, I’ve tried not thinking about my panic attacks, and anxiety and trying to distract my mind by doing other things. I read that the more you think about something, the more you invite it into your life. I’m only posting this because others’ reviews have helped me and so I hope this post may help someone else :)Edit: 12/31/22—I realized that my panic attacks were being triggered by my blood sugar dysregulation! Aka I was eating lots of carbs and having sugar crashes throughout the day. Do yourself a favor and eat every 3-4 hours, and the most important thing is that you should have a protein, carb, a green (fiber) and fat at every meal - snacks you can do protein and carb or protein and a veggie. You will be a completely different person. I promise! I don’t need these supplements any more. I still do get anxious but I stopped having the panic attacks! It’s truly a miracle how much better I feel. Try it!!

I've complained about anxiety to my doctor several times but have refused to get on any regular meds. i've taken some benzos here and there when its bad but i wasn't happy with that route either. I'm happy to say that this product works much better than i expected and it works from day 1. It doesn't take 2 weeks for you to start seeing any change. This is a safe natural product that only costs 10 dollars to try. Worst case scenario is you wasted 10 dollars and it doesn't do much for you, but i think you'll be surprised.I take one of these in the morning just because i feel like it helps me start the day without procrastinating or feeling like im dragging along. Once in a while i take one during the day if i think ill be in a stressful or anxiety prone situation. Otherwise i take 1-2 at night like an hour or so before i lay down and it helps me relax quite a bit, not like a drug high or anything like that. I would describe it just as a peaceful and relaxed feeling. I dont think about the things i have to do the next day and stress about them. I also just realized today that i've been sleeping the whole night since i started taking it. Normally i would wake up here and there, or stay awake all night.

This product works extremely well. Results are subtle, not dramatic, but I noticed a general calming, and with no negative side effects. I would also note that I've seen the same results in several other people I know, of all ages, both male and female. Highly recommended.

The first few times trying this, I really didn't feel anything from it so I tried a little test. I dropped a capsule in a glass of water, and also did the same with a caffeine capsule which is the exact same type as these ones. Within about 1-2 minutes, the caffeine capsule had completely opened and the contents emptied. These theanine pills on the other hand, took close to 30 minutes to do the same. Using hot vs cold water didn't make a difference. So basically, if you feel these are taking forever to kick in, that could be the reason why.So next I tried opening the capsule, mixing it with water and drinking it that way. Did I notice anything? Hard to say, but I don't think so. However I'm not someone that gets super anxious from caffeine anyways, but I do feel really relaxed and good after drinking green tea and was hoping I could replicate that in pill form. It seems not, at least for now. I may try it again and update this if it works, but right now I'm actually worried about it having a negative effect on productivity if anything, so have to try it when I have nothing else going on. I don't discount other people's experiences though, so it might work for people who experience more anxiety than me.

Genuine product. Good supplement. Helps with anxiety and relaxation. I usually combine it with melatonin 3mg.

The quality is good. No side effects noticed. The product does what it says. The absorbency is good, quick and effective.

Not good. No effect seen. You can as well buy a green tea bags and make your own tea
