This has worked perfectly at work and home. So glad I got two!! Love it. Sturdy, yet lightweight so I can move it from room to room or desk to table, etc.

This is a great, sturdy, steel laptop stand. But it's too heavy and too thick to use on the go. It's a great way to improve your posture at your desk, and would even help with a standing desk setup.There are only 2 problems with it. 1) the little lip at the front is pretty short, so it doesn't really hold my Omen 15 laptop very well. The angled shape of my laptop slides over the lip, and the laptop won't stay on the stand. My Yoga i7 fits perfectly. Thinner, flatter laptops like the Yoga are great. 2) the joints are all independent, so it's not automatically level every time you open or adjust it. It takes me a few tries to get things level each time I move it.

Do not hesitate to buy this if you are trying to create space on your desk and WFH!!! Best thing I could have invested in. It holds my work laptop up well and its an older Dell Laptop. The angling ability is great because I can slant it for easy typing without added strain on my wrists. I can slide it back and set stuff in front of it on the desk without it looking cluttered. I bought another style laptop stand for my personal laptop that I use on my desk to have news playing or for personal emailing needs since my kids are in school and I try to avoid using my cell phone when I am working and I much prefer this style and may be returning the other style model. I am very impressed with how well this one suits my needs. Great build, sturdy, easy to use and maneuver well worth the $$ spent for sure.

I am in love with this stand! No, it will not stand up to someone who does handstands on their keys. But once you use the Allen wrench to tighten the connections, it pretty much stays in place. There is a little wobbling as you type. But this stand takes so much pressure off my neck and shoulders. I have a honking huge Lenovo Legion and it takes the weight like a champ. I love the fact that it is made out of a sturdy alloy instead of some cheap plastic. This seems like it will stand up for more than just a year or two. So happy with the purchase.

I love this so much I bought for home first then also for my office. It makes using my laptop much easier. The size and height are perfect and it's good quality.

Bought this a few years ago. Still have it to date.. it color changed a bit but the hinges still work perfectly . Still sturdy, no loose movement.

This stand is pretty sturdy and would be very good for smaller machines. I have a 17.3” Thinkpad that is heavy and the stand does not handle it very well.First, the laptop has a bevel in the underside of the front that slides right over the feet on the stand. What ends up holding the laptop on the stand is the hinge at the back of the laptop as it binds on the back edge of the stand as it slides down. I added an aluminum channel to the front to keep the laptop from sliding and it solved the issue for me.Second, the stand wants to fold up with the weight of the large computer. I have tightened the nuts to the point of fear of breaking something. It is holding OK but has a slight list to it.Finally, the stand is unbalanced if I adjust it to its lower positions. By raising the stand the weight is centered over the stand better. As it is lowered, the stand wants to tip backwards. I have adjusted it higher to stabilize things.The stand is going to work for what I need but I have modified it to do so. I think the weight rating and computer size statement are a little overstated. For a smaller laptop, though, this is a decent stand.
