まだ飲み始めなので、効果は分からないので、★１つ減らしてます。海外発送ですが、１週間程度で到着しました。朝に小さじ１杯弱程度摂取してますが、市販のサプリの金額と比較してもコスパはいいと思います。毎月購入とかにもならないと思います。年に３～４回程度の購入になるなら、リピすると思います。

-Well sealed. Came with a clear plastic wrap around the lid, as well as a foam paper protective seal on the inside.-Mixes well.-Taste is okay. Mixed half a teaspoon in water. It has a mild bitter taste, but not bad at all.-Does it actually improve performance? Who knows.
