Perfect replacement
This was very inexpensive and it worked. I had my insides and just needed the shell. The dealer wanted $150.00.

Works but cheap
The most important thing is, it works without falling apart...Other than that, I have several gripe on the product. First the silicone used with the case is too opaque, so you can barely see your LED light when you use your key to start the car to confirm success.Second, the battery compartment is way too snug and lack the separator/indicator for the batteries completely. This same part of the housing all lack the foam to cushion the PCB coil, so I'm unsure of how the PCP will endure shocks in this housing. All in all, it works. But heh, not really quality especially for the asking price.

Relatively easy to swap inerds with my broken fob
I rate this as a five star, because it was just what I needed, but there are two minor points to mention. First, in the original fob casing there is a small foam pad that presses against the microprocessor. There is no pad in the replacement, so I scraped the original off and super glued it into place. Second, there is a thin flexible plastic divider that separates the two batteries, that was not included with the new shell. I removed the old divider and put it in the new shell, but I was unable to secure the divider to the plastic swivel pin that secured it in the original, but I don't think there is any problem with leaving unsecured in the new shell.

I got this used, so…
I got this used so… i’m not complaining too much. I was able to use the metal key holder part that was broken from my own fob. I did not use the back or front of the one I purchased because the little parts that hold on the key holder were broken when I got it. Thankfully, I was able to put the metal part into mine. It is does take some doing to figure out how to get it secured. The fob came with the metal key holder taped on. Initially I thought that was so it wouldn’t fall out when I opened the fob. As it turns out, nothing was holding it there but the tape even when the fob was clicked shut.I just paid $13 + tax so I think I did pretty good.

Lack of instructions - Very Close to OEM
This is the second case I’ve purchased on Amazon and this is the closest to OEM that I’ve found. There are no instructions of how to put it together, which has lead others to complain that it’s hard to put together. However after close examination and trial and error, You Have to take everything apart! First with all the pieces connect the top (where the key ring goes through the fob) and connect it to the center piece that holds the battery. The bottom of the key fob case then slides in and snaps to the center piece of the Fob that has the batteries. Third, insert the electronic board in the silicone (with the battery contacts up) and put it in the Fob case that has the buttons on it. Finally, if you have everything together snuggly, the front and back of the Fob case will snap together by starting where the key ring holder is and then pressing it together. Hope this helps someone.
