Do you peel fruit skins on apples, ginger, carrots or other vegetables? Thanks.

Most fruits/vegetables you do not have to peel them. Apples, ginger, carrots are all fine as is. Some people core the apple, others do not. Cantaloupe, pineapple, and similar items should be peeled. Oranges should be peeled, due to flavor, but lemons and limes do not need peeled.
