Q: Is the center of the chip a sticker?

Hi Ak home, thanks for your question. The design on the center of the chip is an inlay which, like Les D. pointed out, will not peel, chip, tear, or otherwise wear during normal play and storage.

Q: I am wondering if any of these accent colors are fluorescent. Could i get a picture of these under a blacklight?

I need more information. Is that Ultra-violet A or Ultra-violet B? Also will the picture be taken in a digital format or with a silver film process? Will the photo be taken in natural light sources, artificial light sources, or no light conditions?

Q: Approximately, how big is the inlay in the middle of this chip?

The chip measures approximately 40mm in outside diameter. The inlay measures approximately 21.5mm in diameter. Converted to inches: Chip outside is approximately diameter = 1.57". Inlay is approximately diameter = 0.85" The percentage of the inlay that covers the chip is approximately 54%. I hope that helps.
