NOW Foods Supplements, (L-Lysine Hydrochloride) 1,000 mg, Double Strength, Amino Acid, 100 Tablets

I take this daily and it has significantly reduced cold sore outbreaks. The pills are large, but they work.Also, I use this brand for other supplements and have found them the be effective and high-quality.

Five stars I wanted to take them for at least a month before reviewing. I only take them at night when I’m winding down preparing for bed. They completely relax me. I’ve also noticed how during the day i have more energy and again also feel more relaxed mentally as well. My body feels great usually I’m drained and sore but I really don’t experience much of that anymore. Yes they’re large pills but I’ve never had a problem with swallowing pills. I’ve been staring in the mirror a lot my face is either brighter, clearer or I appear to look a little like my younger self. Since feeling much better about myself I’ve even started back trying to eat clean increasing fruits and veggies in my diet, subtracting sugar and weight is coming off. I’d continue to purchase these. I like them

I had tried a couple of other brands of Lysine for my cold sore outbreaks. I noticed nothing with the other 2 lysine products. This one was the only one that actually reduced my cold sores. I do have to crush them up to swallow them as they are large, but I do believe that this is a great product. A secondary note: my skin seems to have improved taking these.

I got these when I started taking a GLP that seemed to trigger cold sore every other week. Taking these on a regular basic helped curb and then stop the outbreaks completely. This L0Lysine is the immune boost my body needed! The pills are rather large and do take some mental gymnastics to swallow. I would actually prefer if they cut the size in half and double the suggested serving. Nevertheless, I can swallow them down and they dissolve with no ill side effects. Like stated prior, the effectiveness seems superior to other brands I have tried.

I kept getting a canker sore inside my bottom lip every two weeks. It was so painful! I tried baking soda and some other remedies and it went away in 3 days but always returned. I did further research and found this product. I've been taking them for a month or so and it's never returned! I'm ecstatic! FYI, they are pretty good sized pills. I don't have any trouble getting them down though.

体質的に疲れが酷いとすぐヘルペスが出るので耐え難くてリジンに手を出すことに 多少値はするが効果は絶大 他のサプリメントと一緒に朝一飲んでいる リジンは高いので二日に一回、疲労のある日やヘルペスが出る兆候(目のピリつき・リンパの腫れ等)が出たらその日の晩に必ず飲んでいる リジンを買って飲んでからまだ1回も発症していない 肉体労働をしている時は少なくてワンシーズンに一回、多い時は月1.2回はあった 今は仕事を変えて多少疲労は少なくなってはいるが、それでも疲労でヘルペスは出ていた 半信半疑だったがこんなに発症を抑えられるならもっと早く買っておけばよかった ちなみに錠剤は1個縦20mm×横10mm×厚み8mmで、表面は通常のサプリメントと違って水分を含むと少しヌメったような感じになるので飲みやすいっちゃ飲みやすい 他の錠剤と一緒に飲むなら抵抗が無いが、単体だとデカいぶん喉を通るのに違和感がある デカすぎるんだよなぁ…
