good but be careful
The dose 500mg is so high. So I bought empty capsules to solve the problem.

Not improving bile flow?
I thought it would help me with liver and create more bile moving. I discontinued it because my skin became itchy and I started to have a feeling of dry mouth in the morning. Both of those symptoms can be a sign of cholestasis, slowing or stalling of bile flow. As soon as I stopped taking it, symptoms reduced significantly.
