Q: Does the bag snag a formal dress or outfit?

The front has the potential to snag if your dress has a lace overlay and you tuck it under your arm or something like that.The back of the purse is smooth, I wore a dress with a net overlay and carried the purse as a clutch in my hand and had no problems! It's larger than I thought but it worked great!

Yes, it is smooth. My outfit was very sheer and it didn't snag my fabric.

It is a bit rough. Some beads fell off as I opened the package. I returned returned it.
