Plantar fasciitis relief
I originally was given/bought these through an orthopedic doctor but needed new ones. These are the exact same as what I received at the doctor. They do require some finagling when putting your shoes on and sometimes cause your socks to ride down but the pain relief and ease of walking are much better, so it is worth it to me. They fit in my tennis shoes and my loafers for work and you can’t see them. They provide just enough cushion without it feeling awkward.

Problem solved
I wasn’t aware of heel cups until a friend told me to try them. I have narrow heels. These are marvelous. They stay in place and my heel doesn’t flop in the shoes.

Cushions the heel
Easy to use and washable with gentle soap. Comfortable but if you feel the heel could use more support, ge the next firmness level.

A great product BUT doesn't fit properly in most shoes
Bought because I have plantar fasciitis. The cups are designed to mimic the fat pads of your heels and the cellular structure is awesome! It absorbs so much shock and does provide a lot of pain relief. And they give your heel that tiny bit of lift recommended by podiatrists. However, it doesn't work in any casual shoe, athletic shoe, or boot that I tried. It bunches up as you slide your foot into the shoe and you cannot get it situated properly! My only shoes it works in are my backless Easy Spirit Clogs that I wear around the house. Now for those type of (backless) shoes that I use them in, they are WONDERFUL! It's just too bad they don't work in any of my other shoes, otherwise I would have bought more. Give them a try, but beware that they may not work in most types of shoes.

Comfortable
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis most of my adult life and my new doctor suggested that I try Tuli's Classic Heel Cups, Cushion Inserts in addition to other treatments. While there is no miracle cure for "flat feet" but these inserts are comfortable, appear durable and easily transfer from one pair of shoes to another as well as easy to wash.

Amazing Help for Heel Pain
I was on my feet a lot in my late 20s, and wound up with tendonitis in both heels at the same time. Thank goodness it wasn't spurs, but still, it hurt. With every step, it felt like someone was driving a railroad spike into my heels. After a lot of physiotherapy and a couple of cortisone shots, my doctor gave me a pair of Tuli's cups and told me to wear them in my shoes at all times.I thought she was nuts. They just don't look like much, and they are not cushiony. But I did it anyway. She wasn't nuts, she was right. Tuli's cups really do absorb the shock from the heel strike. Like many people, I tend to carry my weight slightly behind my center of gravity. This means my heels strike extra hard.I wore my Tuli's for years, and was thrilled that there was such a simple solution for heel pain. Then, suddenly, I couldn't find them anywhere. It was before Amazon sold merchandise other than books. I started buying Spencos, and they're very helpful too. I figured I'd have to use the Spencos forever and would never find Tuli's again.Last autumn, my heels started acting up again, though. So I got myself some new Tuli's and put them in one pair of shoes (I rotate three pair). I removed the Spencos from that pair and reinserted the original insole and added the Tuli's cups. Ta da! Problem fixed. In a few days, the pain was gone again. Don't get me wrong, I do like my Spencos, but some of the varieties are awful. That grid on the bottom of the Tuli's cups absorbs a whole lot of shock. It does take a bit to get used to them. At first, I was ever conscious of them, but after awhile, they feel perfectly normal. You can wash them, and put them in different shoes if you want. You don't have to remove the shoe's insole like you do with Spencos.I'm wearing them now, and if your feet hurt, you should too!
