Have it waterproof warrenty ?

Nobody gives you warranty on waterproof. It has a rain cover at the bottom which you can use to cover the bag. However, I haven't tested it yet.

No. But it has rain cover at bottom which will help to protect..but don't buy it..it's material quality is not good..zips are very good quality. no warranty. No customer care number. My straps broke. Had to stitch from outside vendor after 3 trips only.

Size of laptop which could be kept??

It could easily accommodate the biggest available laptop size. There is good padding to make sure the laptop is safe
