Great scent, lasts a long time but beware - you only get 1 piece

Personally, I like the scent - it doesn't have that chemical quality that most others do and despite the small size, it lasts a long time with reasonable use. However, the description is misleading, hence the 4-stars, it says 10 Piece Refill Reference Pack whereas I only received one. Not sure what the 10 Piece refers to.
