I mean....it's Louisiana grocery store boudin....10/10.
Tastes like Louisiana. Arrived great, froze 2/3, air fried my first boudin ever and it was probably the only way I'll cook it from now on. Perfect snap.

they all were great, anyone dreaming that taste of the south would loves these. I just know I will soon order more. Have been wanting for a long time something said type in boudin and there it was. pretty close to home made look and taste. comes in a nice cool Pac still nice and chilled.

Very Disappointing!
I am sure this is a great product. It's from Louisiana. However their packaging for shipping is horrible. This is a meat product. They shipped it in a plastic bag with a couple of ice pack. It was shipped on August 4th it arrived on the 8th. The ice packs had completely melted and the meat were warm to touch. To risky to eat. Amazon was amazing the refunded me for the items right away. Who ships meat in a plastic bag ever but especially in the middle of summer. Very Very sad.
