Not a strong smell but very light
Very good stuff. I use it every night and sleep really good. In addition to spraying, it on my pillow I spray some on my wrists which I think also helps.

Love this light scented lavender for our pillows. I mist our pillows in the morning after making our bed. Makes our bedroom smell softly of lavender throughout the day. Allows for softer scent and deeper sleep at bedtime.
