What is the thickness of these bags in mils?

...pretty thin, has cheap feel...

i have sets of 5 notecards with envelopes (4" x 5.5" ) Could the 6 x 9 size work?

The bags/sleeves I bought for something that is 4" x 5 1/2" worked very well. These sleeves ("bags") measure 4 1/8" by about 6 " (but if the sleeve is not completely folded over at the top there is more room). If the item (card + envelope) you wish to put in the sleeve is not too thick, it should fit in the smaller sleeves, and if you are handy with a straightedge and an X-Acto knife you could remove a thin sliver of the long, open side of the notecard if the fit is too tight. I suspect the width of the card plus the envelope would expand the sleeve so that the fit would be very tight. The 6" x 9" size would definitely accommodate the notecard but there would be a lot of excess space but you could place the card/envelope sideways (so that the 4" side is against the 6" side of the sleeve) and fold the sleeve so that the extra 3.5" wraps around the back.

Will a spoon,fork fit in the 4x9 ?

Great for Christmas baking!

They stick well, they're crystal clear, and they're a great option for packaging Christmas baking! I usually give out my holiday baking in metal tins, but these plastic cello bags and some dollar store paper gift bags are much cheaper and much easier to transport. It's probably less wasteful, too; let's be honest, most people don't keep and endlessly reuse all of those tacky Christmas tins before they rust out! I was nervous about things staying 100% fresh (since the top of these bags does have a small gap where air can get in) so I just used clear sellotape to close up those gaps. With that small adjustment, my cookies stayed fresh for almost 2 weeks!

The Size is Incorrect - Bags are Not 5 X 7

I am disappointed with this purchase. The bags do not hold a 5 x 7 inch card and envelope. I wanted to use them for for an upcoming show and the envelope and card do not fit into the bags. Now I have 200 bags for cookies and sweats, I guess. Given they were so inexpensive I can gift them to a local baker and maybe score some treats. To reiterate ... the bags do not fit a 5 x 7 card and envelop. This will not be a repeat purchase.

Great little bags.

Great bags for my cookies. The piece you peel off has a lot of static so I put a large piece of tape on my table to stick them on and throw out all at once.I’ll be buying more for sure!

Perfect for holding keychains

I bought these bags to hold the keychains I make for my shop. This fit perfectly! I just so happened to make my holders the exact size for these! It just adds a nice touch in making the keychains look that much more professional and adds extra protection when shipping.

COUNT WAY OFF

I ordered the 3 x 5 bags. They came in a bag that was not made for this particular product., it said 6 x 9 on the outside. I ordered 200 bags and made over 200 cookies. The bags were good, they sealed nicely, were clear, I had no problems with the bags. I had a problem when I was 50 bags short on my order. Thankfully I had other sized bags in my home to complete my cookie order.
