Hip Thrust Pad

Best BB pad I have ever experienced.Fantastic on BB squats, lunges and freestyle Olympic/cambered BB hip thrust, a complete game changer.I did try hip thrusting on the Smith machine, but this does not work well, i was unable to unhook or roll the bar back, so the heavier you hip thrust eg in this case 170 kg Smith machine, you can strain your wrist and I did lesson learnt.So just free style only with this pad, in doing so I no longer have foot ache or hip ache I expect to get good gains from now on. Really hoping this brand could make the rounded pad in the same thickness???

This is the perfect shape for hip thrusts. It provides plenty of padding to help make the exercise more comfortable and is easy to out on and off.Thr o ly down side is you will need to swap it out for a rounded one for squats- this design won't work for both.Overall, fantastic for glute day. Recommended.

This black hip thrust pad is thick yet compact. It arrived lightly packaged in plastic and is easy to fit and adjust to a barbel. I like the very portable size for taking with me to the gym. My previous pad was spherical which I found would swizzle round in use and would need to be constantly readjusted, but this one stays in place on top of my hips due to its flat sides. A lot more comfortable and convenient.

Been looking for a bar pad for glute bridges for a while, but all seemed either too bulky and hard, or too soft. This one has a nice balance of thickness and softness. It allows me to push more reps because I'm not in pain from the bar digging into my hips.

This works really well I love it. It is a decent size so can be used for a lot of different things.it has some good padding. It is well made and can be easily cleaned when needed. Would recommend this product

Doesnt work. Bar settles into corners of square pad when you move. Completely unusable. Sent back.
