Yes, but not cleanly and there is a glue film left on the chalk which you will have to scrape off. I would not recommend taking if off because of the powdery chalk that when you touch it leaves the color on your hands.

I ordered this color purple from another seller and what I received was more burgundy. Is this actually going to be the dark purple pictured?

Just received the chalk today. It's simply amazing. Works better than most regular green and blue chalks and has excellent grip on the cue ball. It's non marking so the cue ball remains clean and there is no powder left on the cloth after playing a shot. Will definitely buy again. The only sad part is that it takes almost 3-4 weeks to get here. Otherwise amazing seller.👍👌
