Two sturdy refreezable packs fit inside a soft cloth bag with a nice wide velcro strap. Perfect fit to hold the flexible gel ice bag- which stays cold and in place around an arm or leg. Alternate the gel packs in the freezer and the cloth bag holds it close without damaging the skin. We used it for a knee injury but could be used for ankles, legs or arms. Very helpful and convenient!

I ordered these Trek pak ice packs to use on my back to ease the pain of sciatica. The gel packs are a good size and quite flexible. They definitely helped with pain relief. The secure velcro strap works well for hands-free use with a built-in pouch that is soft & provides skin protection. Having two gel packs provides for continuous cooling. I highly recommend the product.

I love that the gel packs could be molded to the spot you put it at. But the Velcro strap needed to be put on better as it was pulling apart from the gel pouch. I ended up sewing it on better to reinforce it.

I put these through the ringer every single day while working behind the chair and while maintaining a house literally. They eventually opened at the seams but I honestly think that was my fault—I was constantly transitioning the same packs from the freezer to the microwave, and sometimes heating them for too long. The extreme temperature swings eventually stressed the material. ​My Pro-Tip for Longevity: I just bought my second set because I love them so much, but I’m doing things differently this time to make them last even longer. I recommend designating one pack for 'Always Cold' and one for 'Always Heat.' By not stressing the material with those back-and-forth temperature swings, they should last indefinitely! ​Why they are perfect for workers: What sets these apart is how 'slouchy' and pliable they are. I can actually wear these under my apron at work at Sport Clips. They fold perfectly over my shoulder and tuck under my clothing without being bulky. I recently purchased a second set, and both packs have already split open at the seams in less than two months. ​Unlike my first set, these are a lighter blue color and feel much thinner. Most importantly, I only used these for cold therapy and never put them in the microwave, yet they still failed. The "dual-use" claim didn't hold up even with gentle use. I reached out to the seller over 48 hours ago regarding the defect and have received no response. ​Pros: None for this new version. Cons: Poor seam construction, inconsistent coloring, and unresponsive customer service. I've added a photos of the updated split seam on both of them.

Uso las bolsas para el dolor menstrual y me ayudan mucho. Se calientan rápido en el microondas y tienen una capa suave alrededor por lo que se pueden poner incluso en contacto con la piel si toleras el calor. Mi pareja las usó para dolor muscular y también le alivió el dolor.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann. Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau. Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.

I should really just buy another set. I wanted one for hot and one for cold, but they are stronger and better than I thought. You can heat the pack in hot water which is great for those who don't use or have microwaves.

Prodotto ottimo che mantiene il freddo o caldo in modo costante per più di 1 ora. Quando si piega il tessuto flette senza rompersi anche se a freddo bisogna attendere qualche minuto. La fascia elastica consente di applicarlo in più zone senza che si sposti. Consigliato!

Not sure why, but the ice pack, 1) does not bend well after freezing, 2) cold is not sustained or the wrap is too thick to feel the coldness.
