Nice upgrade
Takes slop and flex out so be prepared to chase issues with other parts, I did other upgrades with this upgrade due to getting sick of fixing issues with stock slash shocks breaking, due to shock tower flex pulling off shock caps

When I guy in a Cadillac Escalade decided to get a better look at my Traxxas Raptor Slash 2WD, he got up close and personal and ran it over. The stock shock tower shattered. I ordered this STRC aluminum shock tower and it's tough. I tried squeezing it to see if it would give at all and it's solid. I will be ordering many other STRC pieces for my truck in the future.

Good part, bad hardware
I love this tower. My main gripe with strc is that they sent Phillips head hardware. Don't sent people that crap. I dont like to order parts just to fill my trash bin.

Fits Stampede 2wd
Great add on when your tired of plastic breaking or hardware coming loose. Add a drop of lock tite and forget it

Quality product needing some refinement
Made well but if you bash around a lot the screws tend to loosen. I replaced the screw with a longer one and added a bolt. Been solid ever since.
