Easy to use forget sometimes your wearing it and keeps the arm from creating pressure on the rotator; simple but great idea.

Bought the standard and it kept falling off my arm. At the time I bought this I weighed about 155 (woman). I purchased this to try to get relief at night from a frozen shoulder. My fault for not returning it. I feel like it is definitely overpriced for what it is. Found something else way cheaper that worked.
