The quality degraded
I used jbl commercial cslm30 earlier and got fascinated by the quality of it. I ordered it for the second time and man, the quality has been stooped so low that I regret buying it in repeat :(

Totally damaged product
❌ Worst Product ❌I received this earphone with mic in a completely damaged condition. The mic was broken and useless right from the start. Sound quality is also poor. Total waste of money. 👎👉 Please don’t buy this, it’s not worth even trying.

Quality of the product is average. Mic cover was of worst quality i have ever seen. It was totally shattered inside box it self. Ear phone and mic sound is ok. Noise cancellation is good. I expect better quality from JBL
