I am very happy with this saffron. It's fragrant and very fresh. Very powerful, a small amount goes a long way. Gives a wonderful earthy flavor to rice, soups and casseroles. The tin keeps it fresh for a long time. There is no gummy gunk in it like I have had with other brands, sometimes the tins don't seal tight enough but this brand is great, it's dry and the perfect texture.
