Vaincre 4 PCS TR416 Metal Valve Stems, High Pressure Tire Valve Stems Outer Mount Fits 0.453" and 0.625" Rim Hole, 1 1/2" Long (Silver)

I am using Tire Minder pressure monitoring system for my two axle travel trailer. They recommend metal valve stems so I bought these. They are very sturdy and don't flex at all which is the problem Tire Minder says can happen with regular rubber valve stems. The extra weight of the transponder can cause the rubber stem to flex while the wheel is rotating which could shorten the life of the valve stem. If a valve stem fails, pressure will be lost so quickly that's likely going to cause the instantly flat tire to get destroyed.They were pretty easy to install, you just air down the tire and break the bead at the valve stem, cut off the original rubber stem and install these metal stems. Simple task , done easily. After I installed these and tightened the nut, I just aired the tires back up and all was good to go. They are holding air nicely now that they've been on for a year, the price was very reasonable and the quality is fine.

I put these on the factory wheels for my 2003 silverado. It was a bit difficult due to the narrow depth of the hole in the wheel but they did fit and they seem like high quality.

Fit great. Easy to install. Look good.

They work great. But after 6 months they are now rusting.

I needed this for my non-TPMS spare tire. I was gonna go with rubber, but the price was right, and these valve stems had some pretty good reviews. The quality seemed good, they fit just right and no leaky so far. I'll update this review if anything comes up in the future.
