As someone who has taken a few pre workouts, this one is really good. It has a really nice pop with the beta alanine and a thermogenic. Great help with push at the gym to stay driven and focused. Great sustain throughout the day with the timed caffeine release. Yes, throughout the day. The energy stays with you. And the appetite suppressant works really well too. Takes the edge off of wanting to snack. Taste isn’t bad. Could be better. But, I have had much, much worse. Great product. I wish they would just get rid of the dyes.

This stuff is amazing! It truly works. I’m going to do two months in and one month off. You can definitely feel the burn, I’ve lost around 7lbs give or take and still have about a weeks left. I wish it was a 30 day supply instead of 21. Plus I take it in the mornings before my day begins even on rest days. Thank you alpha lion for not selling a false product!

Tastes really good and has something that's a little spicy. Works well and I enjoy it.

This stuff is legal crack! I've tried a few other pre-workouts but i feel this is the best ive used. Good flavor, doesn't have a nasty aftertaste. It providers a huge boost for my workouts.

I’ve gotten this product for a long time and this superhuman burn is definitely not like the others. I do not taste the pepper taste, the texture of it is like pre workout not the superhuman burn. I’d appreciate it if you would reimburse my money or send me a new one.

Preworkout works well. Gets the job done. But I can’t get over the disgusting taste. Maybe it’s just the chrrry popper flavor. But taste like throw up. I actually dread taking it. I will definitely try another flavor and give it a second chance. I just strongly don’t recommend the cherry popper.
