Purchased this to go with my keyless entry door system. It paired so easily and is small enough to tuck behind something. Have had no issues with disconnect.

Hardware and App
Hardware seems to be sounds. I installed two of this lock for my house and my church. The process is straight forward.The App probably developed by someone in China. The ttlock is not up to par. Maybe there's another app can do the same.- The attached picture tells me the door is locked then check the message below (the disclaimer)!- The log file is not consistent. It should record and show the status of the lock regardless it's a local manual lock & unlock, use passcode, or remotely lock & unlock! It doesn't!- my biggest complaint is that it doesn't use "colors"!I have August app for my daughter's house. As soon as I get to the app. I can see the house is locked because the color of the lock is red! It is green if it is unlocked!

Works with Alexa, but non-existant intstructions
I can confirm that this gateway will allow you to use Alexa voice commands for both locking and unlocking, and you can do that remotely from across town. But you'd better be up to speed on your Alexa skills to get it working, or know someone who is. The "instructions are a postage stamp booklet that contain no Alexa instructions. I don't know why Smonet would rather put us all through tech support hell than pay one guy for a day to write actual instructions for their $200 lock systems, but that's what they're going with, and they deserve to lose stars for it.If anyone's stuck where I was on the Alexa integration, you have to "Enable unlocking by voice" both in the TTLock app AND the Alexa skill. And you have to learn that the painful, 3-hour way because this is the only place it's written down.

Nice solid lock
The lock offers many features to help make locking the door easy no matter what your preference is. Had a hard time getting started but once cleared up, using this lock is convenient. I will update after having used this lock for a while if we have any issues.

It’s Decent
So, I have two Smonet locks for the time being. When I’m away from home sometimes I have a hard time connecting to both of the locks. I have a small single family home and honestly I have the router in the middle of the house which isn’t that far from the front or the back of the house. It is also next to the wifi modem. The signal shows as low (weak) most times but still connected to both locks. Overall, it’s worth the money but if you have a home more than 12/1300sq Ft and the locks for all entrances are far you may need two or three of these throughout your home. Easy set up though!

Easy add-on
I'm not sure if I really needed this or not, but I got it just in case. It takes two seconds to hook up. Super easy other than the login part where you have to remember to use both the plus sign and 1 before your number. +1xxxxxxx
