I bought this unit primarily for my office, but because it is so easy to maneuver, I can use practically anywhere I want. It is solid construction and easy controls. I like how the smart sensors efficiently maintain a comfortable humidity level (which I prefer around 40%) and I especially like how simple the drain system works - whether using the hose or the bucket. It's super easy to setup and use it either way. I use the drain bucket in my office, but the hose works best for me in my camper. I have attached a few pics of how well it fits in a relatively confined space in my office & also attached a short video of how easy it is to empty the drain bucket. ... I was impressed with the quality of this dehumidifier for the price. Excellent choice!

Worked great at the beginning. Very efficient and powerful unit. Stopped drawing water by September and I waited til December to call customer service. They did their due diligence in trouble shooting for a few days then arranged for a replacement. Actual warranties are so few and far between. Thank you Yaufey customer service for supporting your product and customer.. They get 4 stars because of the product not lasting but again, their customer service was quick and resolved my issue. I don't see any other comments where the unit didn't last so maybe mine was unusual. Thank you Customer Service for being so quick and efficient.

When purchasing a product, I not only take into consideration the price and if it meets my requirements for doing the job but also the service one gets after the sale is made. Setting up the dehumidifier Model no. PD606C was super easy. From the start the machine did exactly what it said it would. It removed all the musty smell from my basement and kept the humidity level to what it was set. Unfortunately, after almost one year it started to malfunction. I have to say that Yaufey service has surpassed my expectations. Contacting them can be done through a phone call, chat, or email; I preferred the email. Their response time was quick. They were able to diagnose the problem with the dehumidifier after running a few diagnostics and determined that it could not be resolved by me and provided me free of charge with a new one. This was done knowing that it was months into the warranty period. This is exemplary service offered by few companies. I am extremely happy with my purchase from Yaufey and in the future will continue buying Yaufey products.

We use in our farm shop in a wash bay. It can get pretty moist in there when all the doors are closed. Picked this unit off of Amazon, run it through the night, and we take the humidity out by morning. During our muggy summer months, we keep the doors closed up, and this works fantastic to keep the humidity down and comfortable in there. Had a few questions on the unit, reached out to customer service, and they took care of everything. Its quiet, and easy to move around = very versatile

This unit has quality written all it!! The packaging was great. The build is strong and attractive for a commercial unit. It isn't too loud and really pulls the moisture! There is a good manual and intuitive controls. Easy to set up and use. I have been thoroughly impressed with the unit. For the money, you can't go wrong.
