Can i use my iphone as a hotspot when i'm in europe and roaming on foreign networks?

You can use your Lebara SIM to tether data or create a hot spot while in roaming. If you are on an Unlimited plan, you can use your data allowance for up to 30GB while roaming in the EU. Roaming charges apply outside of inclusive roaming destinations. For more information visit the Roaming section on the Rates page of our website. Please make sure you have the right APN settings in your data settings as well as your handset’s tethering settings. What if i need more eu data

I'm not 100% sure of this but there is an answer from Lebara on a Google search which says, "EU Roaming continues to be included in all our plans, which means that you can use your data allowance in Europe as you would in the UK. For the unlimited plan, you can use up to 30GB data when in the EU.
