Good cream, seems to be working. Had several fissures on my feet which could be painful but since using this they are healing and no longer painful. UPADTE- 7 months on. Still using on feet every other day after washing feet, feet are now in great condition as a result, bottle is still over half full so expect to get at least a years worth of treatment. Definitely recommend if you have skin problems on feet.
