Q: Hwlp pls.....what size for 6ft 1 slim build? x

I would still go for XL, the sizes are small and any smaller and the sleeves will be too short.

Q: Does it have seams, flat seam or is it seamless?

It does have seams as per the photos. The one I purchased is grey, the seams are not very thick they are a type of cross stitching.
