How many inches around the waist are these? I'm hoping they'll fit my Rapunzel toddler doll?

I can't measure because these were a gift for my nieces, but the My Friend Rapunzel dolls have the same body size as AG Wellie Wishers, which do fit into these clothes. They also fit the soft bodied disney princess baby dolls. If it's an Animator's collection doll, the clothes would be too small.
