What additional tools do you need to install these included screws?

1/2" socket- I used my driver with the socket after pre-drilling holes. I installed mine into a slanted wood ceiling.

Can this be installed in fan hook in the ceiking?

No, it wouldn't be sturdy enough.

Regarding the first cover photo, what brand/style chair is on the right side of the picture? This looks like a great product combo.

It’s actually really strong. I bought my hammock chair from wish believe or not and it was actually really good. I did pay about $40 for it. But this hook is very very strong.

Can this be used on a medal pergola ?

Yes. As long as the metal beam can hold the weight
