DremelLight Module, LED Light Attachment for High Visibility for use with Dremel Multitools

I have been looking at this Dremel light for quite a while but the price has always been expensive but now the price is reasonable and I am glad I purchased it It is quick to fit an remove so you can use other attachments and I find it really good for drilling small holes in a model boat where the light is not so good it’s operated by a single push button and uses a button battery light output is quite impressive and one of the photos you can see how it illuminates The workpiece i don’t drill in complete darkness this is to shows the quality of the light The item came well packaged and delivered on time and as described by the seller Overall very happy with it

When I bought my 8220 model this light was part of the deal, and already fitted, and it has been very useful over the last couple of years and I haven't replaced the batteries either in that time.I have just purchased the amazing new 8260 and read in the questions that this light will fit this model, and indeed it does ... BUT ... when it is tightened up, the light is at the 'Bottom' rather than at the 'Top' as it is on the 8220, so not ideal !It seems that it is 'at random' where the light will end up : top, bottom etc.I will probably end up finding a thin washer to act as 'spacer' so the light is at the top where it should be.It is OK though as I will keep it as a spare for my 8220, bit disappointed though.Conclusion :This light is absolutely great on my 8220 but as mentioned not so great on my more expensive 8260, until I can find that 'thin spacer washer' that is !Price wise it has gone up £5 since I last looked about a month ago and it is now £17.95 (as of 20 June 2023), wish I had bought it earlier now.Still worth 4 stars in this review and 5 stars if you use it on you 8220 !

Very good and very fast delivery

Dose exactly what's needed, delivery was very fast item was well packaged and contained all items right out of the box, with instructions great value for money. Never knew I was missing this until now.Definitely recommend

The extra bit of illumination is extremely helpful.

I bought a cordless dremel as I wanted a ‘hands free’ version of my old dremel. I love gimmicks so I bought this light to fit the threaded part at the front, it fits and works and apparently you can change the battery which is a plus, the only downside, and the reason for losing a star, is it needed a rubber ‘o’ ring as it tightened up past vertical, I’m sure it would still illuminate the work but I am a fussy sort!
