2 year old twins love it!

This pink Jeep was a birthday present for a 42 pound five year old. This is not her first ride on. We were looking for a 24v that she would be able to use as she grew, and this was rated for over a 100 pounds. Due to supply and covid issues, we could not find a Peg Perago and settled for this one. BIG MISTAKE. Cost $500 and arrived on time. Assembly took two people and a couple of hours. She was excited; the car looked nice, the bluetooth radio synced to the phones for music and the lights worked. The axle broke a few days later. Also, the remote was used once; it was very difficult to get the car to resume operation. We finally took the batteries out of the remote, turned the car off/on a couple of times and then it worked. It's disappointing that the mechanics are so unsound. She drove it for less than an hour total, on flat ground. HOWEVER, the return makes this item a huge ZERO for Amazon service. The car has to be returned at buyer's expense. There was a phone number on the return label, which said call if item is too large for mailing, and when I called, it was a third party warehouse that could give me NO assistance. I have to find a box big enough for the whole thing (it came in TWO boxes) and I have to pay the return shipping for an oversized package through a freight carrier. BUYER BEWARE. You will be disappointed and have a very sad child who has a broken car.

My granddaughter liked it. She’s 2 and was perfect for her and will be for years.

2week into the car the front axle broke. Car was only ran on the street at my house.3/23/22 So the new axle worked good. But after installing the axle the remote quit turning . It will only go straight. It worked for about 2 hours after the new axle was installed. What can we try to fix it.

I purchased this Jeep for my two little girls aged four and five. the front axle snapped only after a six months of use. during that 6 months the keep was probably only utilized two to three times per month. it doesn't even drive anymore. pretty sad there are multiple reviews here that state the same issue. buyer beware. I am waiting to get a response back from the vendor for a replacement axle or my money back. I will update once I hear back from the vendor.

With this being plastic and it not actually being a real vehicle it's okay. The only disappointment I have is the fact it doesn't turn well at all. I have to keep pushing the turn button on the remote for it to finally turn where I want it to go. Only other issue is my daughter gets whiplash every time I let off the forward or reverse button. Other than that it's a great first vehicle for her. The radio works great and I can connect my phone to the Bluetooth which is awesome. Love that the lights on top are colored! My daughter loves it and I'm sure will continue to love it especially when she can finally reach the gas pedal on her own!

We ordered the Joywhale 24V Kids Ride for Christmas for my 6 year old daughter. She received this on Christmas morning. Today, she was riding around the street and came to me stating the wheel broke. In looking at the issue, we found that the front left axel bar broke at the steel part. I have pictures but am unable to upload pictures to this for you to see. This was my daughters BIG present for the year and only having 3 days is unable to use it. What are we able to do have done to correct the issue.
