How dp i select the adult size ??

Well, there's Velcro at the back of the cap, which seems to be comfortably adjustable to a head circumference from about 21-24". I selected adult size because I'm an adult.

First the hats would here by March 6...now its telling my the 12th...whats going on?

is this hat 100% cotton

Mine didn't have a material tag either, but the feel to feels like it's not all cotton. It feel like some polyester too, other than cotton.
