This compact jump starter works great. I have another jump starter that is bulkier than this and it doesn't even come close to holding a charge as long as this one does. I charged this up and I don't think I used it for over a month or two and then was able to use it to jump start our lawn mower probably around 20 times at least before it needed charged again.Rest assured if something happens in the first 2 years you will be taken care of. I had an issue with this item not taking a charge, I contacted their support team, (yes someone actually answered the phone), they asked what the issue was, had me send proof of purchase and a short video showing issue and had a new item in the mail to me. One of the best if not the best customer service experiences I've dealt with on Amazon or any product. I will probably buy another one to replace my bulkier one I carry on my boat.Would I recommend this product, yes for many reasons, the compact design, the ability to use for multiple jumps and ability to hold a charge plus the positive experience with their customer service department seals the deal.

I love how the jumper is a small size and easy to use to take on trips when needed. I have jumped multiple types of vehicles with it and it worked great. It has multiple functions such as a flashlight, and charging your phone. I had an issue after having it for a while and contacted the company and they were very quick to make things right which I appreciate. Will be recommending them to friends and be back for future purchases.

Considering that a high-end set of jumper cables can cost upwards of $200, and a more traditional lead-acid booster pack can cost close to the same amount...this little thing is a game changer.My wife went out of town this morning and took our newer truck because of some snow moving through the area. After she was on her way, I went to start our '07 Tahoe to head into town, but the battery was completely flat...and my wife has our only other jumper pack with her! 😂 Uh oh. Jumped on Amazon, ordered this thing and had it delivered within 2 hours (they literally loaded it on the van and drove it DIRECTLY to our house from the hub, no other stops - thumbs up, Amazon!). It was 3/4 charged out of the box but I topped it off just to be safe; it was fully charged within a half hour.Plugged the battery cables into the power pack (which have their own voltage regulator/relay and status indicator built in, great safety feature), hooked the cables up to the battery, and the status light immediately went from "standby" to "ready".The truck fired up instantly.And I mean *instantly*, like there wasn't even a problem with the battery. No hesitation, slow cranking or sluggishness - it just turned over like nothing was wrong. Also keep in mind that this was in 20°F weather, and it was starting a pretty beefy 5.3L V8. Didn't even phase the thing, and the battery pack still showed 100% full afterwards.For $49 I was really skeptical, but I ordered this little thing in a total jam with no other means of getting my rig up and running. Within 3 hours of placing my order, that problem was solved and I was on the road. I doubt I'll ever go back to those gigantic lead-acid booster packs ever again - these Lithium Ion packs are far more portable, about 1/10th the weight and much, MUCH more powerful.It does have a little flashlight built in that isn't terribly bright but would certainly be helpful on the side of the road. The brightness isn't adjustable but it does have three modes: steady burn, SOS, and strobe. There are also two USB outputs on the side for attaching charging cables and whatnot for other devices, as well as a round connector for barrel-style plugs. The pack itself charges via the included USB-C cable.The only thing they could do better would be to include a little case or even a soft bag to stow the booster pack and cables in while they aren't being used...but then the price wouldn't only be $49, so all things being equal I'm not complaining too much. If that's the worst thing I can come up with to gripe about, they've done a pretty good job.I'll update the review if anything changes, but I am extremely impressed so far.

Update 10/11 - Originally, I had trouble with the unit not holding a charge after one use, and I couldn’t get a response from the manufacturer. However, they eventually reached out and offered a refund or replacement, which I really appreciate. Things can go wrong with electronics, but it’s good to see they stand behind their product. Updating my rating to 4 stars for the solid customer service.Original 10/2 - The jump starter did work the first time I used it, but afterward it stopped holding a charge and is stuck at 25% blinking, and pressing the on/off button does nothing. I tried contacting the manufacturer about the 24-month warranty but haven’t heard back. Just be aware support may be limited if something goes wrong.

The jump starter works great. Started my truck from a completely dead battery over 4 times on one charge when my battery failed. The battery in question is on a 5.7 liter engine work truck with a lift gate pulling a lot of power. Excellent product.

The unit somehow stopped working after about 2.5 years. I contacted them for troubleshooting. They were very knowledgeable to help diagnose. The problem could not be fixed. So they agreed to send me a free replacement unit right away. This is very nice of them.
