they have not been for me and i can't remember how very many years i have had them in my medicine cabinet just in case-- they are just glycerine -

i stored mine in the refridgerator at first, but when inserting them they were uncomfortably cold and rather stiff to insert, but the advantage was that they did not smear on my fingertip as i pushed it inward

Do these ever expire?

There is an expiration date on the green lid. The ones I just bought have a listed expiration date if 6-2022

No there not long I don’t what the original ones were like but these are pretty good
