Good quality, folds neatly, when unfolded and assembled clicks firmly into place by the side flaps' magnets. Works well to block sun shining from the side. But do not forget to thread the laptop's screen through the black rubber band first :-)

This item only just fits my 14" laptop and took several frustrating attempts to find a way of making it fit and hold together. My initial reaction was that it was too small. I've decided not to send it back after all, but patience is required!
