I been taking turmeric supplements everyday for the last 5 years. I worked as a heavy equipment mechanic for 60 years and my hands and joints became so... painful as I got older. Doctors and modern medicine, drugs is only a bandaid with bad side effects nothing they can do to cure it. After i took it for a few weeks, taking 2 capsules 2 x a day with food i really started feeling the inflammation subside. I am now 71 and I am still taking turmeric daily and I don't feel that aching pain in my hand anymore, it's when I don't remember to take it for a few days the returning pain services as a reminder.

I have very bad arthritis and tendinitis in my knees and ankles for years now. My insurance stopped paying for my Lyrica so I’ve been taking Tylenol for years. The effect was minimal but I didn’t have a choice until I saw the Tumeric Curcumin with Apple Cider Vinegar. I took it for 2 months. By the beginning of the second month, I noticed the tenderness and stiffness was better. By the end of the 2nd month, it was a lot better and my movement are much better. Now, I’m able to help my sister, because she’s wheelchair bound and needs assistance at times. I recommend giving this product a try..you might not be disappointed.
