Perfection, no-spill
Fantastic, literally the best most spill-proof cup ever, love the twist lid that allows you to drink from all around, not just one dumb sippy spot. This cup forever!

Nice
The picture on Amazon made it look like it would be a shiny/patent-like black. The one I received was a matte black. Not a big deal but still a bit misleading. Additionally, the lid (push-button style) seems to slightly stick compared to the stock version I got from Dillards last year. Still a good Tumblr but seems to be perhaps an old inventory item...

Love!
I love these travel mugs. The ability to pop it and drink from anywhere is great. While it doesn’t hold a great amount of liquid, it does stay sealed and keeps whatever I put in there at a good temp. I but these for others when they compliment mine

Had to throw away on first use
Although I love the design and features, I sadly had to discard the cup on my first day of using because I couldn’t removed the lid or pop the top after putting soda in it to keep cold AFTER deboarding the plan. I added the soda and was never able to use the cup again. Upon going through security to catch another flightier the same day, I had to toss the cup because you can’t take liquids on board. I tried numerous times to get the lid to unscrew but there was just too much pressure built up. I never even got to drink out of it!! So disappointing!!!! And wasted $40 plus my $5 soda!

hot coffee problems
hot coffee builds up pressure in the cup and you can't press the 360 lid. you have to unscrew the top and that runs the risk of hot coffee spilling on to you because of the built up pressure.

Don’t like lid design. CAUTION when drinking hot drinks.
When you add hot drinks, it builds up so much pressure that it is so difficult to depress the lid to drink it. And the lid is not comfortable to drink from.See my Hydroflask review for the BEST coffee flask that has the perfectly designed lid.

Long term problems
I was given one of these as a gift, and at first it seemed great! It looks nice and the lid design is very handy. Now that I've had it a year or two(I can't remember exactly how long) there are some issues. The finish started peeling shortly after I got it, and the lid started to operate poorly as well. There is no way to take apart the lid to clean it, so it builds up with residue and the sealing mechanism stops working properly. I have just attempted to clean the lid with no luck. I soaked it in a vinegar baking soda mixture two separate times, and I have ran soap and water through it the best I can, as well as filled the mug with hot soapy water and shook it up many times, and the lid continues to leak nasty black coffee residue into the mug. If there were a way to take apart the lid this could be easily solved, but apparently the lid is non-servicable. Will not be getting another one of these.
