I will recommend this filter for any washing machine,working well for my machine it contains filter cartridge which will purify the water and resin balls which will soften the water and we need to change the cartridges depending upon the water quality of the area where we live i recently changed the cartridge after 5 months from the purchase and many have put the reviews that water is leaking it is because they didnt applied the teflon tape properly If we apply teflon tape properly there will he be no leakage and i didnt even noticed any leakage from the date of purchase and i recommend clean the filter every month open the parts and rinse it with water and definitely a must recommend product

Good filtration. The connection procedure is quite easy as per instructions leaflet. The size of thread of hex coupling is bit loose, so required to put lot of teflon to arrest the water leakage.

Does not work. Stay away

First of all, one big problem is it lacks a washer in the part where you screw the lid of the body to the body. Due to this it leaks unless you tighten the main lid very tight which can damage the plastic threading in the long run. There should have been a flat circular washer in the lid itself. Secondly the piece which I received had problem in the threads where the male-to-male adapter fits. When tightening it, it keeps on rotating and never comes to a stop, so unless I tighten it exactly the right amount, it loosens and starts leaking. I would have asked for an exchange but unfortunately I threw the packaging thinking the product would be good. This can be a good product but needs more quality control and an added washer

I have ordered and received on time, I am using for Washing Machine and Gas Geyser, the additional benefit is you can use it either ways, it works amazingly. As in our society Boring water is used its very very useful, the installation is very easy no professional is required to install and the build quality is also superb. Its use has reduce stains of boring water in washing machine and geyser both. Earlier clothes use to be yellowish in washing machine but after installation due to clean water clothes are clean and white. Thanks .... I am ordering two more for my wash basin and flush tank.

The build of the filter compartment is good but the fitment provided as below average and starts leaking.. Worst in terms of long term, I had removed the filter to clean after month and now it is leaking through the fitment.. Bad product, stay away..

It filters sediments & takes care of hard water hence I believe this is a must-have for every fully automatic washing machine in India. Most places the water provided by municipal has some sedimentation and it's also a must have wherever there is hard water. This will extend machine and clothes life and provide cleaner clothes. Earlier I bought the same from some other seller/brand. They did NOT provide any adapters, descalant balls or cartridges, it was useless. Returned and bought this one. It is a complete package for a DIY/self installation, though it could be a bit tricky. TiP: If your water supply is not good, then it's better to also install an "washing machine tap filter". Cut & put some sediment filter fabric in it. This will do some basic filteration & would be easy to remove & clean after every wash. Tip to install: Disassemble the device, apply teflon tape on all male points, even between two parts of the filter. Connect the blue and black adapters properly to both ends of the device. Connect the disassembled device's ends to the machine and now assemble all parts after mounting it at the back of your machine. This would avoid leakage. People who are complaining of leakage: Either call a plumber or check YouTube for trick to apply teflon tape. Note to seller: The seller/brand could provide a better quality adapters made of UPVC or steel or maybe sell separately along with refill cartridges. They can also package sell a tap filter+cartridges separately.

For long time I was searching for a water filter which is economical and will clean tap water of sediment and dust. Delhi water supply has a lot of mud in it. Earlier used filters by Waterscience company but they were ineffective and too expensive to maintain. Finally this filter did the job well. It is a simple sponge sediment filter (like the one in RO system) which clears water of all sediments. Also provided are water softner balls ?alum which is supposed to be good for skin. I bought 3 sets of filters ....2 for bathing taps and one for washing machine. After using in washing machine, the pungent smell in washed clothes is gone. Definitely recommend to buy. It's easy to install like DIY.
