Scanpan Classic 28 cm Frying Pan

Several years ago I purchased the 11 inch fry pan along with a smaller one. Within the last year, I over heated the 11 inch pan and the non stick surface was never the same after repeated attempts to clean the surface. The smaller fry pan still works as good as new. I purchase a new 11 inch fry pan and had to be returned because it was slightly dented at the edge on one side prohibiting a good connection when a lid was put on it. The return was easy and purchase price was readily refunded upon receipt of the return. I repurchased the replacement that works perfectly. The Scanpan fry pans are a joy to use and would highly recommend them.

One can't do better than to own this high quality pan that gives off NO toxic fumes that get into one's food. I love this product; cooks beautiful.

Received in a crushed box, handle broken, dents and "out of round" shape.. I would not have called this piece "acceptable" but still use-able and that's about all. I will keep it, all the same, as I "straightened" it a bit with a baseball bat and grinder. I would not have sold this to ANYONE but it is a Scan pan at about 40% of it's original price. Will not try this again, though.

The pan is not deep enough to do the fry or fry rice. This pan is too shallow but on the pic you can't tell it until you received it, I got the 8" and 11" I thought bigger will be deeper but is not

Scanpans have a wonderful nonstick cooking surface (ceramic) and are titanium on the outside. They cook very evenly and clean up easily. I expect it to last a lifetime. In contrast, teflon surfaces have a tendency to wear out quickly and can leach into your foods. I wanted a healthier cooking pan without the dangers of eating teflon.

Scanpans rock. You can fry chees in them and they are easy to clean. A must have item if you cook.

Great pan. I have been using regularly and it heats quickly, is easy to clean and is a step above the current pans I’ve used.

I LOVE this fry pan! Heats evenly and browns great. I don't use my other pans anymore. I want more Scanpan.

Scanpan pans are very expensive. They are worth every penny. They last forever and are a joy to use. They make other pans fell like kid's toys. They make the experience of cooking feel cool - even if it's just egg & bacon. I got rid of all my other pans, took out a mortgage, and bought a load of these. I heartily suggest you do the same.

La compré porque había leído en internet buenas opinione de la marca en Estados Unidos y estaba a un precio relativamente bajo. La sartén en sí tiene una apariencia resistente y de calidad, aunque el diseño sea un poco antiguo. En cualquier caso, el problema vino cuando intente utilizarla en la vitrocerámica de casa. Sencillamente no funcionaba porque no estaba preparada para funcionar por inducción. Entiendo que haya sartenes que no funcionen porque están destinadas a otros usos (cocinas de fuego, etc), pero por lo menos debería especificarse en la página del producto y, por lo menos cuando yo la compré, no se hacía. Tuve que devolverla con las molestias que eso supuso.

I love my new Scanpan frypan because it looks and feels fantastic. I promise to look after it diligently and not burn it to death like I have other frypans. If you want a deep-sided frypan this won't suit you, because this is what is called a "shallow" sided frypan which I have no issue with. In my opinion, this frypan is way too nice to be careless with and I am very happy with how it cooks so evenly. LOVE IT!
