100 ORGAN FLAT SHANK 15X1 HAX1 HOME SEWING MACHINE NEEDLES - SIZE #80/12

This is the only brand of needles I can use in my sewing machine. I love them. They are sharp, last a long time and fit perfectly in the needle holder. Other needles, even the universal needles are too long and I bent the auto threader and it cost me $80 to repair. The only draw back is that if these needles are too stressed with thick material or hit a pin, they bend very easily. Once bent, they have to be replaces. Went through 4 needles before finishing a project so I need to research if this company makes a heavy duty or jeans needle. Great price for the number of needles you get.

I know needles are a sustaining sales item for your local sewing store, that's why they charge you $7 for five Schmitz needles or whatever. Good for them, I guess. As far as I know, Organ and Flying Tiger are the only major industrial needle manufacturers who support selling their home machine needles for the same low price as their industrial needles. Great for me, I'll not run out of needles for years, and my local sewing shop will have to earn my money the old fashioned way. Organ needles are as good as they get, HAX1 a.k.a 15-1 is the global standard for domestic sewing machines. It will fit your home machine fine.

I love these needles. I may be absolutely crazy..but these are sharper than the Schmetz brand. I know because I actually have ONLY used that brand up until I remembered that these came with an older Brother machine that I had and I hadn't had issues with "rolling". This isn't a technical term, just one i made up when the needle doesn't want to pierce the fabric and ends up rolling it a bit and then pierces it. Anyways, I bought these to try, and let me tell you, they are SUPER sharp and work really well in my Bernina. This is my preferred size to see for FPP, Puecing and Top stitching. They are better for my sewing style and have become my top choice. With 100 needles and this price, I can change them often and not worry about anything. Total game changer when I got to free motioning. If you use Schmetz, try these. They are priced at a point where you can without breaking the bank. You just may end up thanking me.

Just what I needed and expected. These needles are awesome. I use them on my Janome Continental M8 sewing and quilting machine. These are quality sewing needles. I highly recommend them.

Love that there are 100 needles so I am not running out all the time. They last for many projects before needing to be replaced. Love that they are packaged 10 to a pack so I can have some at different machines and some in my travel case. I will buy again and would suggest to others needing bulk sewing machine needles.

I was hesitant to buy Organ needles and now wonder why I waited so long to buy/use them. With the cost of Schmetz needles about $5.00 for a package of 5, it makes sense to try and economize. Sewing and quilting have gotten to be expensive and for any cost conscious person, any monetary savings is welcome. I have 2 sewing machines: Janome MC9900 and Eversewn Sparrow 30 and the needles work well in both machines. They also work great in my serger. Since I got 100 for such a great price, I now don't feel guilty changing out the needle after every sewing project. When I run out of Organ needles, I won't hesitate to buy them again.
