Dayco 70443 Upper Curved Radiator Hose

Q: I bought and cut this for 2001 suburu forester. There are two spots where it sort of kinks, will the heat from the engine help form this open?

There are 2 different model number hoses for for my 2006 Forester. Your hoses should not have much of a kink. This will restrict water flow. Does this hose look the same as your original one? Compare them to see.

One side is 1.5 inches and the other side is flared end and is 2 inches

Probably not.. i used this for a ford with a 351w..
