I've had this product for over 3 years and it still works wonderfully. I bought it for $50 and it was a great investment. It was really easy to connect and set up from day one, and I still use it today and love how it performs. It definitely improved the quality of my video calls and work meetings; it was a huge professional upgrade for a great price. Highly recommended!

I ordered the Razer Kiyo X as a replacement to my Microsoft Lifecam Studio I've been using since February 2020. The Lifecam developed a short in the cable in November 2023 so I did a little research and came across the Razer via a Wired Magazine article. I was impressed with the specs and the price of $49 (when I purchased) and decided to order it. I was disappointed when I first plugged it in because it had rolling artifacts across the video. I went to the Razer website to contact Razer Support and it guided me to a list of suggestions. It recommended not plugging it into a hub or peripheral so I plugged it directly into the PC and the issue was resolved. The Great: The color and white balance are fantastic. For the last year, while using the Lifecam in my new office, the accent wall behind me really messed with the brightness levels in videos to the point where I always seemed to look like Casper the friendly ghost. I was able to overcome the issue by changing the angle of the camera to have less dark blue accent wall behind me but it was nevertheless frustrating. Upon plugging in the Razer Kiyo X, the issues are resolved and the video image is perfectly balanced even with the window open in front of me directly behind my computer and webcam. The Sad (not necessarily related to Razer): Due to firewalls related to enterprise software restrictions, I'm unable to access any of the Razer software to adjust the settings. So whatever the default quality Razer sets for Zoom is what I'm stuck with. I'm not convinced that's 1080p but I'm hopeful. It seems comparable to what the Lifecam offered. Overall, it's a fantastic camera and I'm very happy with my purchase.

It's a webcam, so installation is straight forward, plug it in, that's it, install the software from the website if you need it for advance controls and option, Zoom for this camera is okay but you lose quite a bit of quality when zooming in, it also struggle with low and dark light conditions but in daylight the quality of the image it produces is amazing. I honestly can't say much about it's Microphone as I just don't use it and as for value, I can't remember how much I paid, I have it for a while now.

This is such a great quality camera, I got another one! An affordable option for new streamers, or if you just want a nice quality camera for work or gaming.

Hace poco cambié mi webcam por la Razer Kiyo X para videollamadas y streaming, y en general me ha gustado bastante, aunque no todo es perfecto. Lo que más destaco es la nitidez que da en 1080p: se ven bien los colores, hay buen detalle, y el auto-enfoque hace su trabajo; no se queda borrosa si me muevo un poco o levanto algo enfrente de la cámara. En 720p a 60 fps también lo noto más fluido, lo que se agradece cuando hay movimiento, especialmente en juegos o al presentar algo en pantalla. El montaje es cómodo, se sujeta bien al monitor y tiene esa flexibilidad de inclinación que deja ajustar el ángulo sin hacer mucha maniobra. Además, plug & play casi de inmediato, lo conectas y empieza a funcionar, lo que es ideal si no quieres perder tiempo configurando. Un punto que no me encanta tanto es en entornos con poca luz: aunque mejora algo, se nota que la imagen pierde algo de definición y se mete ruido. Si tuviera más luz ambiente (o iluminación adicional) la cosa mejora bastante, pero sin eso se siente limitada. También el micrófono integrado cumple lo básico, pero si buscas calidad de estudio conviene usar uno aparte. En resumen, si te interesa una webcam decente, con buena calidad para uso cotidiano (streaming casero, videollamadas, contenido ligero), la Kiyo X cumple bien lo que promete. No es lo más top en condiciones de poca luz ni para producción profesional, pero por lo que cuesta, la sientes que vale lo que pagas.

It is working with minimal futzing. Good picture, almost too sharp - i've had to clean up my background.

This camera is much better than the one I had before. I use it for Zoom meetings, and I was looking pretty washed out and not very professional with the old one. This one makes me look much more professional. I wish it had a lens cover, but after looking on Amazon for a cover, I realized this webcam was packaged with a small interior box. I just use it to cover the camera when I'm not using it. No one sees my desk anyway! I recommend this camera for price and quality combined.

bought 2, neither is recognized. Updated drivers, tried another computer, went to youtube for help... nothing!

He pasado unos meses trabajando fuera de casa y compré esta webcam para ver a mi mujer e hijos. Se ve estupendamente, la calidad de imagen es muy buena y la panorámica para ver el salón completo también. Me parece que fue una buena compra, con muy buena calidad.
