Can you cook other items like a wood burning oven?

Yes, you can cook other items, it's just like a high temp oven. Your temps will be between 700-800 degrees. People make chicken wings, bake bread and so on.

What is the fuel set up for this? charcoal and wood chunks? how much of each? how is everyone loading up the fuel? thanks.

Hello Jason. We recommend a full chimney starter of charcoal briquettes, once nice and hot/grey place them in a semi circle in the back of your grill, then add 8 or so "Fist" size chunks of hardwood on top of your coals. Wait about 15 mins and your temps should read between 650-750 and you are ready to cook. And there are plenty of videos on YouTube on people's preferred set ups.Hope this helps!

How many pizzas can you bake until you need to refuel?

Hello. It depends on how much wood you use. We suggest refueling after 3-4 pizzas. Make sure your pizza oven is 650-750 degrees or it won't turn out well.
